Q. How Buyer will raise return?
A.Open delivered order you have an issue with, click on return items. Fill in details for why and what you want to return and your request would be sent to the seller.

Q. How can I check status of my return??
A. Go to orders and returns and choose “My Returns” tab. There you can open each return and track their status

Q. How long does it take for my matter to get solved once I raise it?
A. All return request raised is sent to the seller. Seller can choose to accept or reject it based on their policies. If the seller accepts, we will arrange a reverse pick up (if asked by the seller) within 72 hours, it will be sent back to the seller. After the seller receives the reverse shipment back he will process the refund or replacement as chosen by him at the time of approving a return.

Q.What happens if the seller rejects my return?
A.Accepting or rejecting a return request is a seller’s decision. We recommend buyers to go through seller policies before they place an order. If in case, you feel your case was genuine you can escalate to BANO INDIA SUPPORT and we will investigate and help.

Q.How does the dispute handling work?
A.Every case that is raised to BANO INDIA, our team will contact both, seller and the buyer and understand the issue between both. However, we would only consider an issue a dispute if both seller and buyer are not able to reach to middle grounds on their own and have conflict of opinion. Post we have clarity on the matter; either of the party who is responsible for the dispute shall be asked to solve the case.

Q.Will I still get my money back when the seller rejects?
A.No, refund or replacement is a seller’s decision. BANO INDIA will come in dispute handling and help sellers and buyers decide on one thing.

Q.What if I later decide to keep the goods?
A.You can always cancel a return request before the reverse shipment is picked back.

Q.Will the amount be refunded or replaced?
A.BANO INDIA does not have any stand on a return to be solved as refund / replacement. Whatever seller and buyer mutually decide will be supported by BANO INDIA.
